The Dreimüller Questionnaire results in a first impression of the organisational culture of your organisation. It consists of 16 questions. Each question contains four statements. You have to divide 10 points over those four statements. The more important you find a statement, the more points you give it. The total has to be 10 before you can move to the next question.

Organisational culture is of increasing importance as a tool of management. It is a strong indicator of the alignment of activities, results and staff. A strong organisational culture enhances effectiveness and efficiency and decreases absence of staff for medical reasons. The outcomes of this questionnaire will be published and used to develop an advisory report.
